HOW TO ORDER
It's easy, if you would like to order one of the rosaries in my DESIGNER COLLECTION, simply email me at the address below and refer to the rosary by number or description. For clearance rosaries, chaplets or bracelets, please refer to the description. If you would like to order a custom rosary made to your specifications, please see the directions for custom orders below.
My usual turn-around time is about 3 to 5 weeks from the time I receive your payment until I can make and mail your rosary. There will be times that, due to backlog of orders, approaching holidays, or other factors, it will take longer. Please understand that aside from the clearance rosaries and a few sample rosaries, my rosaries are not pre-made and will be made especially for you, whether you select a rosary from my Designer Collections or have one custom made to your order. Special ordered Heirloom parts will take longer because I must have those parts made and sent to me. Pewter orders will also take longer because I outsource the pewter rosaries to another artisan.

WIRE WRAPPED LINKS
|
Wire wrap looks similar to regular chain rosaries, but instead of just hooking the beads together like a hook and eye and closing the hook, the wire crosses over itself and goes around itself several times at the base of the loop next to the bead. This construction cannot come unhooked.
GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY
Each rosary, whether one shown in my DESIGNER COLLECTION or one designed especially for you, is hand made to order and therefore is NOT returnable. I do, however, guarantee my rosaries to be as advertised and free of defect in workmanship. My rosaries are well made and long wearing. If your rosary ever breaks, I will fix it FREE, as long as you return the crucifix, center, and all the beads to me.
SHIPPING FEES
Priority Insured Mail - flat rate $10 (within the continental United States only), which includes packaging, postage and insurance for each order. If you order more than one rosary at the same time, I will pay the additional shipping and insurance. Priority Mail is usually delivered in 2 - 5 business days.
Express Insured Mail - flat rate of $20 within the Continental United States. It can be tracked online and is delivered in 1-2 days within the Continental US.
Global Express Insured Mail - $25 to anywhere outside of the Continental US. Delivery time depends on the country it is delivered to. Many countries detain packages in their customs inspection.
Please indicate your need or preference when you order. I use only the US Postal Service. I do not have accounts with other carriers.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
I bill by PayPal, a secure payment site that is part of the eBay company. I will send an invoice to your email and you can follow the link to the secure payment site and pay it with either credit card or e-check. You do not have to open a PayPal account in order to pay it. Please note: the REAL PayPal is a safe way to send payments online. Any fraud cases you may have heard about involved fake sites that tried to scam merchants who have business accounts with PayPal. As PayPal is my only business account, I cannot accept checks or money orders and I am not set up to process credit cards myself.

PACKAGING:
Each STERLING SILVER DESIGNER COLLECTION Rosary or CUSTOM MADE DESIGNER Rosary comes with a VELVETEEN POUCH (not shown) and BLACK LACQUER ROSARY BOX with red acetate lining and a Raphael cherub on the lid. Exact style will vary, but all are beautiful!
PEWTER ROSARIES, CLEARANCE ROSARIES, POCKET ROSARIES, ROSARY BRACELETS and TRINITY BRACELETS come with a cardboard gift box (not shown).
CUSTOM ORDER
If you like the main beads from one rosary, the Our Father Beads from another, the crucifix from a different rosary and the center medal from yet another one, I will create your rosary especially for you. It's easy - just refer to the numbers in my designer collection, for example, you may say "I want my rosary made with the crucifix on #1, the center medal on #9, the main beads on #7 and the Our Father beads on #12." I will figure the price for you. I also have many other beads that are not shown on my website. Please inquire about availability.
At your request, I can make a lay out of the main beads, Our Father beads, the crucifix and the center, take a picture of it and e-mail it to you so that you can get an idea of how the different parts you selected will look together. After I receive your payment I will make the rosary and send it to you, normally within three to five weeks. There may be times when, due to back ordered items or large volume of orders that it may take longer.
If you would like a preview of the first 5 beads with the crucifix and center before I complete the rest of your rosary. I will be happy to make the first part of your rosary after I receive your payment, photograph it and email it to you. This may cause a delay in making your rosary depending on how quickly you respond back to me. If you request a preview, I will not make the rest of the rosary until you approve the preview.
SPECIAL ORDERS
A SPECIAL ORDER FEE of $10 will be applied to cover shipping of parts or beads to me.
SPECIAL ORDERS must be pre-paid, in full, before I order the special beads or parts for you, as I will have to pay for them and pay shipping to get them.
